PNSED Joins Its First University Job Fair

PNSED Joins Its First University Job Fair

PNSED proudly marked another milestone by participating in its very first University Job Fair, held at the Ang Bahay ng Alumni, University of the Philippines Diliman, from March 23–26, 2026.

Expanding Opportunities

This event is part of PNSED’s ongoing expansion strategy to connect directly with fresh applicants from universities. The job fair provided valuable insights into the talent pool and allowed PNSED to meet many enthusiastic candidates, especially those who recently passed the Licensure Exam for Mechanical Engineering.

Internship Program Consideration

Beyond recruitment, the event opened discussions on launching internship programs for undergraduate students. This initiative would further strengthen PNSED’s engagement with the academic community and nurture future professionals.

Industry Presence

The job fair was joined by other major companies in the market, creating a dynamic environment for collaboration and competition. PNSED’s participation reinforced its commitment to integrating its brand into the Philippine market and expanding its reach among young professionals.

Looking Ahead

PNSED views this milestone as the beginning of deeper partnerships with universities and a stronger presence in the local industry. The company remains committed to fostering opportunities for students and graduates alike, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent for the future.

PNSED Mt. Talamitam Mountain Hiking – Nasugbu, Batangas

Mt. Talamitam Hiking Adventure

Our first mountain adventure of the year took us to Mt. Talamitam in Nasugbu, Batangas. The trail welcomed us with rolling grasslands, fresh air, and a steady climb that tested our endurance but rewarded us with breathtaking 360° views at the summit. Standing at 630 meters above sea level, we felt the joy of conquering a new peak together—an inspiring start to our hiking journey for the year.

This activity is part of PNSED’s outdoor recreational program, designed as a healthy diversion from work to promote work-life balance and a healthy lifestyle. Hiking not only boosts physical and mental well-being but also provides employees with the opportunity to socialize and strengthen camaraderie among colleagues.

Importantly, this was an all-expense-paid company event for interested employees, underscoring PNSED’s commitment to employee welfare and engagement. After the hike, the group proceeded to Polla’s Resort and Leisure Farm to freshen up, relax, and enjoy the rest of the day—making the experience both invigorating and restorative.
